Booking Info

Please note the following information before making your booking.

Booking

All bookings must be made in advance online. Please select your required time slot and proceed through the booking process. You will be redirected to Paypal to make a payment. You do not require a Paypal account to make a payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, please select the pay by card option. You will be sent a booking confirmation email, once you have completed the booking. Clients are required to pay a £20.91 deposit online, in order to secure their appointment. Please note a Paypal processing fee of £0.88 is also applicable. This means the total  deposit due to secure your appointment is a total of payment £20.88. Please note deposits are non – refundable. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment, once your lashes have been applied. The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the lash technician.

You will receive a booking confirmation once you have completed the booking process. All appointments take place in our London based studio. Our address is 53 King Henry’s Walk, Mildmay Ward, N1 4NH.

Punctuality

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. We request clients arrive on time, to ensure appointments do not run over, and affect further clients booked for that day.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance. All deposits are non-refundable, even where sufficient notice has been provided to cancel.  To cancel your appointment please email info@nicsbeautylounge.com with the subject line ‘Cancellation’ or text  07927 703 246. Please include your name, date and time of your appointment, when making contact.

Appointment Day

For lash appointments, please arrive to your appointment with no eye make up, ensuring your lashes are clean and mascara free.

Appointments

Please note appointments are available between 10.00am-7pm, Monday to Saturday. Appointment availability is visible when booking your appointment via the online system.

Patch Test

Please let us know if you would like a patch test before your appointment. We normally strongly recommend that a patch test is carried out before your appointment if you have allergies or sensitive skin. To arrange a patch test, please contact us on 07927703246. A patch test will need to be carried out no later than 24 hours before your appointment.
